Well decided to try and make the pesto pizza from last night. Ok this was so much better than what I ate last night. This was absolutly the most amazing pizza. Made the fresh pesto about 30 minutes before preparing the pizza. I purchased the dough tonight but tomorrow (yes make it again) I will make my usual dough. Anyhow it was fresh pesto, tomatoes and sautéd onions. MM Good…
Well ran home to make a quick supper and make some banana bread. Time to get back to work. OH and it turned out soooooooo good… Think I’ll have to make banana bread muffins with chocolate chips for or should I say with the girls.
Well I had some Butter Chicken left so I figured I’d try some Butter Chicken Pizza. This was amazing pizza, I still can’t believe how good it tasts. I’m going to have to make this one more often and I’m going to have to experiment with other pizzas. Here are a couple pics of my Pizza
Well I’m going to start to put the different meals I try on here under new category (COOKING). I made my first elaborate dish in quite some time. Cooking for one isn’t easy and there are so many leftovers. I’ll have to get some good containers and start to freeze stuff after it’s made so I can eat it at a later date. Anyhow last night before bed I prepared some butter chicken for the crock pot so that it would cook over night. I used the recipie from this website Ya Salam Cooking . Oh to my surprise when I woke up this morning this was awesome. Steam up some Basmati Rice to eat with it and off I go. I’ll have to get the camera next time I make this one so you can see the pics. For now I just took a pic off the original website. Mine did look just like it.
Ok they don’t have Sleeman’s Rousse in Ontario. What redheads not superior in this province. Anyhow more pics to follow, we are having Sleeman Dark and BBQ’ing no worries Yams too
