Workout :: intense

Well after my run this afternoon I figured I’d hid the gym this evening. Went a bit to early, should have waited 30 more minutes and it would have been less busy. So I had to modify the workout a bit as there were just to many people. Anyhow did some dumbell bench presses, skipping, overhead barbell presses, toe catches, hanging leg raises, cable curls, kettle ball squat overhead, skipping, plank with feet on ball and the tricep machine. Most workouts included skipping between sets and some ab exercise. Anyhow was exhausted after.
