Well I had gone to do elliptical session at lunch and then went back for my workout this evening. Had on hell of a workout doing back (wide grip chins), arms (dumbell curls, 21′s, cable press downs, tricep machine), legs (leg press, leg curls) and abs (hanging leg raises, hanging crunches for lower abs). I did most of these as supersets so really worked up a sweat. We’ll see what I feel like tomorrow and decide on what to do at gym, think I’ll get a swim in.

Gym session :: Elliptical
Ok well got to gym on lunch for first workout of the day, yes there will be a second as this was strictly cardio session. Jumped on Elliptical for a good lunch workout and pushed it for 40 minutes at level 10 keeping RPM in upper 90′s. Did equivilant of 5 miles in the 40 minutes and burned aprox 800 calories which should take care of the pint or two I had on the patio with Sarah and Andrea, the girls with the magic hands hahahahha. Get your head out of the gutter people! Anyhow great workout and it’s rather incredible how ones mood can become so elevated with such a session! Try and get back to gym later for a workout and some swimming.
