Well today was a hard five miles. My legs were just bagged from the uphill to the Chedoke Trail. The run up the hill was equally difficult and the run down not much different. I really didn’t think I was going to make good time but I picked up the feet the last mile and had to grind it out. Did 5 miles in 36:03 for an average pace of 7:13 minute miles. I’m actually shocked that I managed to pull that time off.

Cooking :: Butter Chicken
Well I’m going to start to put the different meals I try on here under new category (COOKING). I made my first elaborate dish in quite some time. Cooking for one isn’t easy and there are so many leftovers. I’ll have to get some good containers and start to freeze stuff after it’s made so I can eat it at a later date. Anyhow last night before bed I prepared some butter chicken for the crock pot so that it would cook over night. I used the recipie from this website Ya Salam Cooking . Oh to my surprise when I woke up this morning this was awesome. Steam up some Basmati Rice to eat with it and off I go. I’ll have to get the camera next time I make this one so you can see the pics. For now I just took a pic off the original website. Mine did look just like it.
