Well I think a rest day is going to be in order tomorrow (for the legs anyhow). Got my book out and jumped on the elliptical again for lunch. Went at a good pace but can feel my legs are starting to fatigue, try and get a little run in tonight and also hit the gym and tomorrow will only be gym day, no cardio! Anyhow did 40:30 of elliptical at level 9 again for about 5 miles and 800 calories. I’m thinking I might be ready for Ottawa Half Marathon, we’lljust have to wait and see. Paul is going to be going up for either the 10 or the half so I’ll give it a go.
