Well due to my site failure I’ve lost some of my cardio sessions (when I did them and how much). I’m going to at least put down my workouts and now that site is back get back to it.
Good workout and packed lots into it. I’ve been doing my ab workouts with skipping thrown in which is great cardio workout at the same time.
Workout was heavy tonight, did back (wide grip chins, seated row), chest (incline and decline press’), shoulders (shoulder press and lateral raises), total body (overhead barbell lunge), Abs with skipping in between each set (3 sets toe catches, 3 sets elbow to knee, 3 sets crunches, 3 sets plan, 3 sets workout ball bring knees to chest — skipping over , lying leg raises on table, hanging leg raises with superset of dips and squats with 25lb plate), triceps (tricep extension and the dips during ab workout), biceps (dumbell curls). Very hard workout tonight, felt great.
