Well just went to get my run in during lunch today as I know I won’t be getting out tonight. These 5 mile runs have turned into stretching exercises as they have gotten so relaxed. Great for stretching and recovery. Legs feel awesome and had a quick recovery after the long run on Sunday. Anyhow for the stats, ran 5 miles in 42:23 for an average pace of 8:29 minute miles. Going to keep this pace pretty much till the taper and we’ll see what kind of time I can pull off at Disney without really going overboard. We’ll see how much work I’ll have over the next two years to try and qualify for Boston (time required 3:15).
