Workout :: excellent

Well an excellent workout tonight. Wasn’t sure I’d be in the mood seeing as I’m in the middle of tiling the backsplach in the kitchen. I took a break from it and headed down to the gym. It’s incredible how well the legs have recoverd from last nights run (29KM). This morning I could barely get out of bed and walking most of the morning was very difficult. I had an excellent protein filled lunch (indian buffet) and I think that helped. Anyhow headed down to the gym and did a good chest (incline press, decline press and pec dec), shoulders (shoulder press, rear deltoids and lateral raises), triceps (overhead extension, one arm reverse cable pressdown), biceps (dumbell curls, preacher curls) and abs (reverse weighted crunch, leg raises and crunches). I’m pretty burned out now and am just finishing a protein shake as I write this and then back to the tiling. Then tomorrow morning, Toronto!
